Monthly veg cooking class in Paris
Indian cuisine, rich in color and fragrances, is famous worldwide. Spices and colors are chosen according to one's personal taste or fancy, but they are part of a science, that of Ayurveda. Prepared according to the principles of Ayurveda, the Indian cuisine aims to keep a balance of the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) and of the six flavors.
Learn the secrets of this science and surpise your loved ones (or yourself!) with tasty and healthy recipes (preparation and tasting of two recipes in each class). Taught in French.

Ayurvedic Vegetarian Cuisine
Traditionally, in India, there are subtle principles in terms of vibrations, energy, taste, qualities that are attributed to the virtues of spices, to the respect for five elements, in the harmony of colors and in the attitude towards food.
We shall study the theoretical aspects and naturally, we shall put them into practice, by making complete meals with organic products and ingredients.
Each week can be followed separately. It can also be integrated in the course of Ayurvedic cuisine. It is not necessary to follow modules in order, but it is advised to begin with the module on the foundations of Ayurveda to have better concepts of the ayurvedic cooking .
Taught in French.
